Processing Time
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. During drops or high volume weeks, processing may take a bit longer.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
US Standard: 3 to 7 business days
International: 7 to 21 business days (varies by country and customs)

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details, unless a promotion is shown at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update after the label is created.

Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit or tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us with your order number and we will help you file a carrier claim. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.

Final Sale, No Returns, No Exchanges
All items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for sizing.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
